Running ten minutes late 😅

This is the product

AI coaching that feels natural to text.

No forms to fill out every day. Your AI coach notices patterns, sends the plan and follows up in the same conversation.

It’s 2 AM and you’re still awake 😅 Have you had at least a litre of water today?
Honestly… maybe half.
Drink one glass now. Then bed. I’ll check on the rest tomorrow — no need to chug it all at once.
Deal. Goodnight coach.

Can you log this?
Yep — roughly 680 kcal, 46 g protein, 64 g carbs and 25 g fat. Solid meal.
680 kcal46g protein
You’ve got about 35 g protein left today. Dinner can handle that.

Made for real life

Less tracking.
More follow-through.

Willn turns the conversation you already have with yourself into one you can actually act on.

01

Send the meal. Skip the spreadsheet.

A photo is enough. Your coach estimates the meal, tracks it and tells you what still matters today.

02

Support between workouts, too.

A reminder to train. A nudge to drink water. A check-in when it’s time to wind down. Support for the everyday habits that matter.

03

A coach who remembers.

Your routine, preferences and progress carry forward, so every conversation starts where you left off.

More than a workout plan

Three kinds of support.
One conversation.

From what to buy for dinner to remembering your water, your workout and your wind-down. Support for the whole routine, in one conversation.

  • Your training coach

Know what to train today, with workout guidance built around your goals and routine.

  • Your nutrition guide

Figure out what to buy at the grocery store, get meal guidance, and send food photos for nutrition estimates.

  • Your everyday assistant

Reminders to train, drink water and get ready for bed — built around your routine, not just your workouts.

Everyday AI guidance, not a human trainer, a licensed nutrition professional or medical care.

The useful details

Good to know.

Simple answers about the conversation, your reminders and your data.

Can I use Willn only for reminders?

Yes. You can ask your coach to focus on reminders and consistency without building a complete workout or nutrition plan.

Is my coach a real person?

No. Your coach is powered by AI and uses the name and communication style you choose. It is not a doctor or a replacement for professional medical care.

How do I pause or stop the messages?

Reply STOP in Messages at any time. You can also manage your data and messaging preferences from the privacy portal.

Are my meal and progress photos stored?

Photos are processed temporarily for your request, but Willn keeps the useful coaching information rather than a permanent copy of the image.
